breast reduction vertical scar
Breast reduction is a commonly done cosmetic surgery procedure. Women in various stages of life are affected by gigantomastia. Juvenile gigantomastia affects girls in puberty, middle ages and post menopausal. There are numerous techniques described to reduce breast. She had complaint of heaviness, dragging sensation , bra strap imprint.
She was planned for surgery , superior pedicle was planned , marking was done . Lateral ,Inferior and medial breast tissue was resected. Both breast pillars were joined nipple was positioned .
Breast support is given for 3 months.
