22 year old afghani male presented with twisted nose following trauma in childhood. Closed rhinoplasty was done in this patient . Complete septorhinoplasty was done , whole septum was mobilised . Bilateral mucoperichondrium was stripped , upper lateral cartilage were seperated . Left nasal osteotomy was done . Basal septum was removed keeping L strut.Dorsal reduction at bony cartilaginous junction was done.
