twisted nose
pre op frontal view pre op basal view pre op lateral view post operative with bolster inplace top view post op post op lateral view post op basal view 22 year old afghani male presented with twisted nose following trauma in childhood. Closed rhinoplasty was done in this patient . Complete septorhinoplasty was done , whole septum was mobilised . Bilateral mucoperichondrium was stripped , upper lateral cartilage were seperated .
